Affiliate Manager
What are you going to do?
- Act as the connection point between the affiliate partner and our webmaster program
- Build out the relationship with existing customers, partly by providing timely and extensive information about products and making proposals about new possibilities
- Grow each affiliates business by being proactive, friendly, and communicative
- Analyze campaigns and optimize them for the affiliate partner
- Identify the needs of the affiliate partner and translating this into a commercial advantage for them as well our affiliate network
- Taking care of acquisition and building a good relationship with new partners, including onboarding new affiliates
- Cooperate with the rest of the team to further develop the affiliate platform
- Follow developments in the affiliate market and, if necessary, you anticipate them in good time, for example on product developments of competitors
- Analyze the market and you help determine the market strategy
- Prepare and attending international trade shows and following up on leads is also an important part of this commercial role
How do you do that?
- Analyze and optimize traffic and leads from affiliates
- Advise your colleagues and management on the basis of compact reports
- Maintain regular personal contact with your key affiliates to improve the relationship and results
- Approach things commercially, which allows you to recognize opportunities and make them happen
- Draw up commercial plans and goals to grow your territory
- Discuss trends and results to take Masters in Cash to the next level

We ask:
- At least 2 years of work experience in Affiiliate management, if adult background, 1 year can be enough
- Analytical skills and detail-oriented
- Target achiever
- Decision making skills
- A socializer who can build and maintain excellent relationships
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, other languages a plus
